Fitness Matters in Fighting

Fitness Matters in Fighting. Strength Matters in Fighting.

Bigger, stronger, faster people are more difficult to fight.

Bigger, stronger, faster people are more capable of executing other elements of personal protection as well.

Running away from a threat.

Carrying a child or loved one to safety if injured.

Moving objects to secure a barricade.

And the list goes on.

Strength, speed, and athletic ability are part of the equation.

How serious do you take your conditioning?

How serious do you take your strength training?

What’s one area you could improve in your physical ability?

What’s one thing you can do this week to improve that area?

Go forth and be awesome!
