Intentionally Pursuing Challenges

By continually putting ourselves at the outer limits of our comfort zone, we develop the skill of being comfortable outside of our comfort zone.

Life will inevitably throw a few curve balls and wrecking balls our way.

That’s the beauty of life.

It’s a world of challenges.

We get better at facing those challenges, in part, by putting ourselves in front of challenges.

The cold shower.

The extra reps.

That one person in class that continually smashes us in training.

The uncomfortable conversation with a loved one, coworker, boss, stranger, etc…

Look for those opportunities.

That’s exactly what challenges are. Opportunities.

A chance to learn, to grow, to move forward.

What discomfort have you been avoiding?

How can you meaningfully approach that challenge?

What’s keeping you from taking action on it?

Go forth and be awesome! 😎
