Mantras and Affirmations
The way we talk to ourselves, has a tendency to come true.
We listen to those words and make choices that fall in line.
Those choices shape our actions and our future.
If you believe you’re not worth anyone’s time, you’ll make choices in line with that, and enter relationships believing that.
If you believe you’re too small or weak to defend yourself, you’ll make choices and actions that fall in line with that, and in the end it’ll become true.
If we set intention in how we talk to ourselves (i.e. mantras/affirmations), we influence our decisions, which influences our actions, which shapes our future.
Here’s a few mantras I’ve used myself over the years:
“I’m calm and confident.”
“I love challenges.”
“I’m a leader in my industry.”
“I’m present and loving.”
“I choose happiness.”
“I communicate hope and creativity.”
“I’m responsible for my future.’
“I create my future.”
If any of these resonate with you, take it and use it, or formulate a more accurate one for you.
For the next 10 days, start your day the following way:
1️⃣ Write each mantra out on a piece of paper.
2️⃣ Read your mantras out and take a deep breath after each one – repeat three times
Bonus: Repeat the above process one more time later in the day.

Act Accordingly…
If we want to be treated with respect, it’s beneficial to respect ourselves first, then we can present ourselves in a way worth respecting.
If we want to be successful, we can choose to take action and challenge ourselves to work towards that goal.
If we want time for ourselves, we can choose to actively set aside time for ourselves.
If we want to be a writer, it’s best to start writing.
Words are only as good as the actions that support them.
So get to work.
Set your sights on where you want to go, and who you want to be, and…
Act Accordingly.
Go forth and shape your future! 😎
