How we start the day impacts how we approach the day.
Our morning experience plays a major roll in our mental and emotional space for the rest of the day.
The first actions each day can set us up to be resilient, joyful, and motivated, or they can run us down, create doubt, and chaos.
Creating a morning routine that aligns with our goals is powerful.
If our job is stressful, we can start the day we meditation, mantras, and mindfulness to create the space we’ll need moving forward to better flow with that.
Looking for a productive day, we can start the day will small simple tasks that create wins and momentum like making the bed. (There’s an entire TedTalk on that 😎🤓)
Expanding knowledge can be as simple as setting aside 15-20 minutes to read a book, article, or watch a video in the area we’re looking to understand more.
If we are looking to improve physically, we can spend 15-20 minutes shadow boxing, working out, or stretching.
Whatever our goals are, it’s important to create a morning routine that sets us on a positive path for the day.
Start the day chaotic and without focus, the day will follow suit.
Begin the day with purpose, and the potential that we live the day that way drastically increases.
What’s your morning routine look like?
What’s one thing you can do first thing in the morning to supercharge your day?
