Feedback is Gold

Feedback is gold.

Good and bad feedback.

Feedback intended to lift us up, and feedback intended to tear us down.

There’s something to learn, to gain, from the message.

Being open to hearing feedback, both good and bad, is a huge asset.

To remove emotional reactions, and listen intently, with an inquisitive nature.

And to remember that listening to feedback **does not** mean we have to act in it.

The action after is ours to make.

However, ignoring feedback completely, or worse, paying attention only to feedback that suits our current desires, will squander our potential in the long run.

What are your supporters saying? What are your critics saying?

There’s wisdom in both of you’re willing to hear it.
Go forth and be awesome!  😎
