February 6th, 2008 I walked into a Krav Maga gym in Gahanna, Ohio.
This was a decision that would change my life forever.
I was angry, vulnerable, and full of spite.
I wanted to fight and express my anger in some way, and thankfully I happened to catch a commercial for OKM, and more excitedly, I made the decision to actually go.
The choice to take my first class, was the greatest choice I have ever made.
I discovered my passion, and a community of people that supported AND challenged me.
From that one decision I have discovered my dream job, I’ve started a business and career, I’ve made an incredible network of humans that push me and love me, and most importantly I met my amazing wife, who brought forth my beautiful children.
Fifteen years since that one decision, and it continues to bless me, exponentially, to this day.
Remember, one decision can change your entire life.
It’s not luck, it’s not coincidence… It’s choice.
We have to make the decisions to create our future.
