Face to Face

Always give feedback, bad news, and important information in person, face to face.

Tone of voice and body language make up the vast majority of communication.

When we send messages digitally, we leave a big part of our message to up for their interpretation.

They get to fill in the tone and intent.

In an age of texting, DMs, and emails, we’re slowly killing social literacy, connection, leadership, and clear communication.

A big step in the right direction, is face to face communication.
