Inspiration Over Confinement

At the clinic recently, one of the participants mentioned that he loved that the drills helped to inspire, and not confine.

That’s something he had learned from Hoch Hocheim.

That’s a beautiful concept to hone in on as a coach or leader.

Am I inspiring this person to grow, to explore, to progress.

Or am I confining their ability to do so?

It’s a fun concept to explore as a human.

Do the people and things we surround ourselves with inspire us to grow, to enjoy, to play, to progress?

Or do they confine us, limit us, or hold us a back?

Take that question with you and… Go forth and be awesome! 😎
