Valley Drop from 2-on-1 to Ashi

Taking a look at a very simple Valley Drop I hit a lot from the Russian Arm or 2-on-1 position (which we are big on in our self defense programs here at Endeavor). When I am in the midst of my leg lock days, I use this takedown to setup the Ashi positions. Both are pretty high percentage for me in training.
